A non-refundable deposit per person will be requested upon booking with full payment required no later than six weeks prior to arrival. Check-in time is 4pm (Thursday or Friday). If you wish to arrive earlier, please make a request to the hotel.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy
60% of the total booking value is payable if the accommodation is cancelled 7-2 days before your arrival date. 100% of the cost is payable if cancellation is one day before your due arrival date. If the committee is able to re-sell your accommodation, charges will be waived.
