If you'd like to understand the financial position of the Region, where the money is spent and how much, you'll find everything you need right here. 

The charts below are live and update automatically whenever the treasurer updates the main spreadsheet, so you can be sure that you're getting the latest information.

In accordance with The AA Structure Handbook for Great Britain, p. 92 (The Intergroup, section 2), it is requested that Intergroups send their surplus funds to Region. Region will then use this money to fund its work before passing any surplus on to GSO. It is, however, up to the conscience of each Intergroup to decide where to send their surplus funds.

These documents are made available in accordance with Conference Recommendations from 2006, Committee 2, Question 1.

Below you can see how our available funds are calculated. It is the resolution of Region that in accordance with p. 100 of The AA Structure Handbook for Great Britain, all surplus funds are passed to GSO. This is reviewed on a quarterly basis at Region meetings.
